Our family domain as well as the entirety of our vineyards are implanted in the commune of Gyé sur Seine. Always working as Independent Winemakers, we work only our own vineyards and vinify all of the grapes we harvest. Our 18 parcels are cared for in a manner which respects the vine, the soils, the bio-diversity and mankind (under Terra Vitis certification). Using precision viticulture and harvesting when the grapes are well-matured enables us to bring out the greatest potential from each.
For the champagnes that we make, we place in primary importance the varietal and the terroir from each year, by vinifying each parcel separately.
We take the time to age our wines individually in the winery and in the cellar, with the final result being champagnes which are fine, fruity and elegant, which reflect the terroir of Gyé sur Seine and our passion for our home.
