Domaine Prophète Yann was created by Fanny and Yann in their common interest for the vine. Both have brought their own piece of heritage in this adventure captured with simplicity and sincerity. Their work is defined by the highest standards and thrives by cultivating the tools and technics of the times past.
Timing is key. As well as respecting the vine, wine and biodiversity. So, having the Biological Agriculture Certification, using technics and tools of the past in a 19th century vaulted cellar are of great evidence. Also, vinification and aging in oak barrels for a year create vintages in a confidential quantity and each bottle is numbered, labelled one by one, by hand and waiting for you.
